The deadline for ad submission is March 10, 2012.
What does the completed program look like?

The completed program is professionally produced in black and white.  One full page is 8 1/2 by 11 inches.

Can I submit my ad electronically?

Absolutely!  The best format for advertising copy is pdf, jpeg or gif.  If your ad is in another format, please contact us first.  You can send your ad to
trackmeet@chandler-rotary.org.

What if my ad is just my business card?

Printed camera-ready  artwork  or business cards are acceptable, mail them to our P.O. Box, or give them to the Rotarian that sold you the ad space.

Who sees the program?

Programs are distributed at the gate of the event.  Each paid entry receives a program.  

My business paid for an ad in last year's program.  Can I use the same ad?

Yes.  We kept a copy of all the ads we received last year, if there are no changes to your ad, make it easy on yourself - we will use the same ad.

Will I receive an invoice?

As soon as we receive your advertising commitment, we will e-mail you an invoice and a confirmation letter for your records.

Are there any other advertising opportunities for my business other than the program or sponsoring a race?
